This Privacy Policy explains how OUTREELY ("OUTREELY", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, book a call or use our Local Targeted Engagement services. If you have any questions, email us at outreely@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, request a free audit or become a client, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, studio name, city, Instagram handle and anything you share with us on a call, by email or by DM.
Information we need to deliver the service. If you become a client, we collect your Instagram login details so that our team can run engagement from your account. We also collect information about your Instagram account that is needed for the work and your reports, such as your follower list, your follower count, and the actions we take on your behalf.
Information from Instagram. To build your local target lists, we use publicly available information from Instagram, such as public profiles and the public follower lists of local accounts we select.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location. This may involve cookies or similar technologies.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
2. How we use your information
To respond to your requests, book and run calls, and prepare your free audit.
To deliver our services: build local target lists, run engagement from your account, track actions and follow-backs, and send your reports.
To take your "before OUTREELY" snapshot under our Account Safety Protocol.
To bill you and manage your subscription.
To improve our website and services.
To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Your Instagram login and your messages
Your login details are used only to deliver the services you signed up for. Access is limited to the team members who work on your account. We never read your direct messages. The only message we send is an optional welcome DM to new followers from our work, and only if you ask for it.
You can change your Instagram password at any time. Changing it removes our access immediately. When our work together ends, we delete your login details from our records.
4. Who we share information with
Our team. Our engagement is done manually by trained team members and contractors, some of whom are located outside the United States. They access only what they need to do the work and are bound by confidentiality.
Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, scheduling, email and payment providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Legal reasons. If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of OUTREELY, our clients or others.
5. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Login details are deleted when our work together ends. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to what we are required to keep by law.
6. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including limiting access to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, email outreely@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
