These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the OUTREELY website and to the services provided by OUTREELY ("OUTREELY", "we", "us"). By booking a call, subscribing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Questions? Email outreely@gmail.com.

1. Our services

OUTREELY provides Local Targeted Engagement for beauty businesses. We select local Instagram accounts where your potential clients are, prepare and clean target lists, and engage with those people from your Instagram account at a human pace. We track our actions and report which new followers came from our work. We do not create content for you. The exact scope of your plan, including any bonuses, is described on our pricing page and confirmed when you sign up.

2. Results

We commit to doing the work described in your plan. We do not guarantee specific numbers of bookings, inquiries, revenue or a specific follow-back rate. Results depend on your content, your profile, your city and how quickly you respond to new clients. Our only results guarantee is the Local Growth Guarantee, described in our Guarantee Terms.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate login details and keep our access working, including helping with Instagram login verification when needed.

  • Tell us before you change your password, username or account settings that affect our work.

  • Keep posting your own content. Engagement works best on an active profile.

  • Do not use other growth services, bots or bought followers on your account while we work on it.

  • Make sure the content on your account is yours or that you have the right to use it, and that it follows Instagram's rules and the law.

4. Instagram and account safety

Instagram is a third-party platform owned by Meta. OUTREELY is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. We work at safe daily limits and follow our Account Safety Protocol, including documenting your account before we start. However, Instagram can change its rules, features or limits at any time, and may restrict or review accounts at its own discretion. We cannot control Instagram's decisions and are not responsible for actions Instagram takes on your account.

5. Your privacy

We use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We never read your direct messages.

6. Fees and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you sign up.

  • A founding rate stays locked for as long as your subscription continues without a break. If you cancel and come back later, current pricing applies.

  • Prices for new clients may change at any time. Changes never affect a locked founding rate.

  • Fees already paid are non-refundable, except as stated in our Guarantee Terms or required by law.

7. No contracts, cancel anytime

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time by emailing outreely@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we keep working until then. After cancellation, we stop all activity, release our access, and delete your login details. You can then change your password.

8. Bonuses

Bonuses included with a plan are provided while your subscription is active, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a discount.

9. Your content and our materials

Your content, brand and account stay yours. Our methods, target lists, templates, checklists, guides and report formats remain our property. You may use the materials we give you for your own business, but you may not resell or redistribute them.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your account information, login details and business information confidential and use them only to provide our services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OUTREELY is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost bookings or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the one month before the claim arose.

12. Ending our work

We may pause or end our services if fees are unpaid, if our access is removed, or if you break these Terms. We may also decline or end work at our discretion, in which case we stop billing you from that point.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
