We stand behind our work. These Guarantee Terms explain exactly how our guarantees work. Questions? Email outreely@gmail.com.

1. The Local Growth Guarantee

If your account does not get 100 new local followers from our work within your first 30 days of active engagement, we keep working on your account for free until it does. You are not billed again until the 100th new local follower from our work arrives.

2. What counts as a new local follower from our work

A real account that followed you after one of our engagement actions, drawn from the local target lists we built for your area, and shown in your weekly report. Followers who found you on their own, through ads, collaborations or other activity, are not counted, and we never count bought or fake followers.

3. When the 30 days start

The 30 days start on the day we begin daily engagement on your account, after setup and your Account Safety Protocol snapshot are complete. We will tell you the start date in writing.

4. Conditions

The guarantee applies to the Local Launch plan when all of the following are true during the 30 days:

  • Your subscription is active and paid.

  • Our access to your account works without long interruptions. If you change your password or we cannot log in, the 30 days pause until access is restored.

  • Your account stays public and is not restricted by Instagram for reasons outside our work.

  • You keep posting your own content, at least 2 new posts or reels per week.

  • You do not use other growth services, bots or bought followers on your account.

5. How it works in practice

You do not need to claim it. Your weekly reports show your count. If you are under 100 new local followers from our work at day 30, we simply keep working and pause your billing until you reach 100. Then your regular billing resumes.

6. What the guarantee does not cover

The guarantee covers new local followers from our work. It does not cover bookings, inquiries, revenue or a specific follow-back rate, because those also depend on your content, your profile and how you respond to new clients. It is not a cash refund.

7. The Account Safety Protocol

Before we start, we document your account, including a data export, your follower list and a "before OUTREELY" snapshot of your numbers. Your starting point is always on record.

8. No contracts, no cancellation fee

You can cancel any time by emailing outreely@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you cancel, the Local Growth Guarantee ends with your subscription.
